March 2023 construction machinery industry main product sales report

Excavator

According to the statistics of major excavator manufacturers by the China Construction Machinery Industry Association, 25,578 excavators of various types were sold in March 2023, down 31% year-on-year, of which 13,899 units were domestic, down 47.7% year-on-year; Exports were 11,679 units, a year-on-year increase of 10.9%.

From January to March 2023, a total of 57,471 excavators were sold, a year-on-year decrease of 25.5%; Among them, 28,828 domestic units, a year-on-year decrease of 44.4%; Exports reached 28,643 units, a year-on-year increase of 13.3%.

Loader

According to the statistics of major loader manufacturers by the China Construction Machinery Industry Association, 13,080 loaders of various types were sold in March 2023, down 14.6% year-on-year. Among them, the domestic market sales volume was 7813 units, a year-on-year decrease of 31.5%; Export sales were 5,267 units, a year-on-year increase of 34.7%.

From January to March 2023, a total of 29,283 loaders of various types were sold, a year-on-year decrease of 7.88%. Among them, the domestic market sales volume was 15,808 units, a year-on-year decrease of 25.4%; Export sales were 13,475 units, a year-on-year increase of 27.1%.

From January to March 2023, a total of 327 electric loaders (200 units of 5 tons and 127 units of 6 tons) were sold, of which 168 units were sold in March.
